It’s a new culinary concept that combines products from the land and the sea, mixing flavors and textures.
But it’s also the new stand at the Market! Surf & Turf promises to challenge even the most conservative palates with a wonderful fusion of the best that both places have to offer. This snack bar of Brazilian origin with Asian influences brings modern dry-aged maturation techniques, applied to fish and a great novelty: seafood charcuterie.
The idea is to break down gastronomic barriers with unique combinations such as tuna burger with pork bacon, grilled dry-aged fish, tuna pastrami, fish salami with pork fat and different baos.
The project, which originated at the Fixi restaurant in Brazil, began with the curiosity and dedication of Chef Ian, who, over the course of three years, perfected the dry-aging and production process of this type of charcuterie, creating a special fusion between marine ingredients and hints of earth.
Now, at Mercado Bom Sucesso, Surf & Turf continues to explore and develop new products, always with patience and attention to detail, so that each new product is an experience. Stay tuned!
