My’Kai Poké Bowls

One of the first Poke concepts in Europe, it has developed an innovative concept that combines ceviche and sushi. It is a rapidly growing international restaurant trend, but in this project, it has been adapted to the taste and preferences of the Portuguese consumer. The most evident example is the octopus poke, served in a typical bowl, accompanied by cherry tomatoes, onions, cilantro, and green sauce. There are also versions with salmon, Ponzu sauce, edamame, cucumber, tartar sauce, and fennel, or a spicy tuna with mango and nuts.
