Created in honor of Manuel António da Mota, the Foundation is an important instrument of the Mota-Engil Group’s social responsibility policy, as an organized and systematized expression of ethical and socially committed management, in the name of active and participatory corporate citizenship.
The Foundation’s statutory purposes are the promotion, development and support of initiatives of a social nature in the fields of charity and social solidarity, and of a cultural nature in the fields of education, health, environment, organization and support for artistic activity, exercising its activity in throughout the national territory and in the countries where the Mota-Engil Group is present.
